Through the brand guide, a more consistent posting strategy, which included a mix of video and graphic content that focused on real estate education and lead generation, and data-driven adjustments to maintain social media relevance in a competitive industry, I helped V’Realty elevate their profiles to bring in potential buyers and sellers in the San Diego Real Estate Market.

I developed a comprehensive branding style guide for a real estate agent to ensure a cohesive and professional visual identity across all digital platforms. This guide established:

• Logo Usage & Variations – Clear guidelines for primary, secondary, and watermark logo applications.

• Color Palette – A refined selection of brand colors to evoke trust, sophistication, and approachability in marketing materials.

• Typography Standards – Recommended fonts for headlines, body text, and call-to-actions to maintain brand consistency.

By implementing this style guide, I provided a streamlined, professional look that enhanced brand recognition and audience engagement across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

I edit and execute campaigns with different brands that partner with Vianey to include her hobbies when she is not selling real estate to bring in more of her personality. This focuses on cooking, sharing recipes, and San Diego guides with the latest events in the city.
